Sarah Hannon has been a Business Development Manager for Gibsons Consulting since 2014.
She encompasses a wide variety of attributes enabling achievement of goals and productivity leading to ongoing success.
Sarah has the ability to work independently with a strong point in self motivation. Her role involves maintaining and developing consistent relationships and communication links with future and current clients.
She uses her ability to identify the weak spots within a business, see connections across business functions and propose tailor made solutions to improve the business.
Sarah is heavily involved in the sales process, client management and quality control. She is a key person in the reorganization of the business development process which has led to improved conversion rates and increased revenue.
Sarah is responsible for the implementation of quality feedback loops. This has led to an increase in sales extensions and a highly regarded reputation for quality of service throughout Gibsons Consulting.
With almost 10 years of demonstrated roles in Management, Licensee, Shareholder, State manager in both Victoria and Queensland, Sarah has also demonstrated leadership, coaching and training of sales groups with the outcome of increasing revenue per sales person, Sarah has been the key person involved in the set up of sales organizations along with building the foundation of a geographical location of a multinational firm.
Along with a Degree in Business and Finance, Sarah also holds a Diploma in Business Management, two International Diplomas in both ITEC and CIBTAC qualifications.
A Certificate Real Estate and Property Valuation and currently she is undertaking her qualification as Lead Auditor in Quality Management Systems
